Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Condition Required: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Processing Fees: No restocking fees are applied to eligible returns.

Starting a Return

To start a return, email us at support@sylarp.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a short note explaining why you’d like to return the item. Requests made after the return period cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  • Approval required: Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
  • Instructions: Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, we will send you the return address together with everything you need to proceed.
  • Packing: Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and passes our inspection, we’ll process the refund back to the payment method used at checkout. This is completed within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at support@sylarp.com and include your order information along with the item you’d like to receive in its place. We will guide you through the next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you’d like to update or cancel your order, contact us at support@sylarp.com as quickly as possible. Changes can usually be made before the order moves into processing. Once it has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be available.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t match what you expected, please contact us and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging. We’ll assess the situation and get back to you with the next steps.
